Italian pizza - easy and delicious recipe
In this video, I will guide you through the process of making small, fluffy and delicious pizzas!

Dough ingredients:
1 kg 00 flour or Manitoba flour
600/650 g water at room temperature (65% of the flour!)
25 g fresh yeast or 7 g dry yeast
Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Ingredients tomato sauce:
tomato puree to taste
a teaspoon of white sugar
spices to taste
salt to taste
Rising time:
a) for the initial ball of dough in the bowl, about 2 hours (more or less until doubled. If you live in a very warm place the rising time may change and shorten!);
b) for the balls on the baking sheets, about 2 hours;
c) for the pizzas on the baking sheets, 1 or 2 hours.
